They had nothing to give me. I also asked them if the changes had been made to the Opportunities section that I have been requesting of Sage Development for over 2-1/2 years. They continue adding bells and whistles (graphics and pretty stuff) and ignore needed updates. For instance, there are many businesses whose products are people – Employment Agencies, Travel Agencies, Real Estate Firms, Talent Agencies, etc. However, Sage has never upgraded the Opportunities such that “Products/Services” could select someone stored in the database directly.
