In August I got quite a response when asking about your experience with email integration and ACT:
Since then I’ve been testing a product designed to solve many issues ACT users have when it comes to email integration with Outlook. If you want better use of email and your ACT database, check out what some folks in Germany put together in a video I’ve prepared for you(press Play button [triangle] in lower left) .
I know it has been a while since I have posted here, I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of the things I’ve been working on regarding the ACT software.
In fact, last week was the Sage Insights conference in Orlando Florida. Now Sage, makes a lot of products, the company has something like 3,000 employees! It also served as a time for the ACT product group and addon developers to show their wares, and get you familiar with forthcoming products. Let me tell you there are exciting things on the horizon.
One of the things I like most about these events is finally putting faces with names, or getting to visit folks you haven’t seen in a while, or ever.
Just a word to the wise, make sure your machine has 1GB of RAM to give it enough breathing room to run, the program is doing quite a bit behind the scenes, and needs the memory for you not to notice a performance difference after installing.
I’ll be in touch about some other products you’ve not yet seen. I’m in the middle of making some special arrangements so I can’t say more than that. Keep an eye on the blog for more info, or if you’ve

There were some technical difficulties on the call last tonight (still under investigation, actually), after about the 10 minutes my voice dropped off. Thanks to many of you with the gracious emails. So the raffle for a copy of the software will happen on on Monday…when I do the call again
