Speed continues to improve. I found the biggest gain in speed from Sage ACT! 2008 to Sage ACT! 2009. Then Sage ACT! 2010 to Sage ACT! 2011. Sage ACT! 2012 has about the same performance (loading, displaying views, etc.) as 2011. Although queries are faster with Universal search.

Hope that helps.

Erica-

Good question. I am unaware of any issues with an iPhone app. what are you experiencing? Just not syncing? What does support have to say about it? You might consider doing an export, import until they provide a resolution.

Hello, Can you tell me if Companionlink has resolved issues with its app for the iphone. I paid for unlimited support, and support was continually having me reinstall the app, and submitting programming tickets to their it department. Also, the cl software on the pc was suspect as well, as it did not regularly sync.

I had an new iphone 4, ACT 2009 on a Windows XP computer, and was paying for the mobile sync app. I was syncing thru google contacts and calendar.

I need something asap to get contacts syncing both ways.

Thanks!
