Let's be honest, no software is perfect, including ACT!. I just haven't found a windows based contact manager that is as flexible. While it isn't a fit for everyone, I still think it is the best option out there. More than that, I'm pleased to say that Sage (the company) has made some changes to demonstrate they are committed to making the changes customers need...so they are making good progress in my view.
