Very busy here in Phoenix with cool days only 110F
Lots going on here pre July4
We are going to Alpine for over a week
Pretty much prepared for the move the first of October.
I plan to live here until the first of the year (insurance shallenges if vacent) and stuff to do before we lease to a friend
Looking back, you were fortunate when you sold. A grandson bying 2,400 sq ft now was on th emarket for $470k, they will clse escrow at $200K!
