I paid for unlimited support, and support was continually having me reinstall the app, and submitting programming tickets to their it department. Also, the cl software on the pc was suspect as well, as it did not regularly sync. I had an new iphone 4, ACT 2009 on a Windows XP computer, and was paying for the mobile sync app. I was syncing thru google contacts and calendar.
