Ouch, sorry to hear that, did you make a backup? You might want to restore from that. Reassign is always the best option in this case.

I moved all of 1 users contacts to another user

Then when I deleted the user that had no contacts, I was asked if I wished to
reasign the contacts

I said "no", because there were none

after deleting - 26 contacts were gone

are these deletions stored anywhere ?

Mark-

Good question. That was a one time offer. I haven't decided if I'm going to sell it because there doesn't seem to be a ton of interest in the ebook.

If people start telling me they want it, then I will consider it.

Will you be offering another deal for ACT 6.0 users with the discount on the online book for migration purposes and the video?

Mark-

1.) Many are pleased with the Outlook (Email) integration as is... Checkout this post, the video talks about some of the things other users don't like about outlook integration.
http://actblogger.com/2007/10/16/emc/
I have not yet tested the Activity Sync function in ACT for Outlook.

2.) You can try the migration from v6 to 2008 yourself, however, if it doesn't go as planned, I would be prepared to hire an expert to do that for you. You can find an ACT Certifiied Consultant in your area from the ACT website.

Hope that helps (somewhat).
