Why would I have ended up with duplication and triplicate contacts when synching ACT! to my Iphone using Companionlink Express. I tried the 14 day trial version to see if it would work first.

Do you know if act can sync all my tasks on Microsoft outlook (PC) and also sync them to my i phone for portable use? I have not purchased act yet, do you suggest this program as a replacement to the outlook task manager?

The best way to sync with iphone is to use the companionlink software. I wrote about it here: http:/www.actasap.net/iphone
Unless you have thousands of tasks, I would simply manually add tasks going foward in ACT! once you get started.
